Review: Gavinfuzzy Retaliator Pump Grip

Probably the biggest flaw holding back the Retaliator is its awkward top slide prime. Not only is it relatively uncomfortable (compared to most preferred priming mechanisms), but it's also a relatively awkward motion and gets in the way of aiming. The solution to this problem is, naturally, to convert the Retaliator to a pump action, and the included barrel piece is a perfect mounting platform. Gavinfuzzy Customs provides one such pump grip.

Review: Nerf Modulus Stealth Ops Kit

The Nerf Modulus blaster was a fairly disappointing release. It's basically a big Stryfe with some extra parts and yet another different paintjob to not fit with the Elite stuff. However one big positive it brought us was the ability to purchase attachments without blasters, in the Modulus line. Yes there are still a tonne of attachments out there not available separately yet, but seeing as this is just the first wave of Modulus, I'm sure we'll see plenty more attachments available later.
Of the four Mission Kits currently available, the Stealth Ops kit was the most interesting to me.

Review: HobbyMods EAT Spring Mod Kit

HobbyMods (link left) is an Aussie based aftermarket/mod parts seller who does springs and 3D mod parts. Being that the EAT is one of my favourite blasters and HobbyMods have an excellent mod kit for it, I decided to pick up a set (as well as another for a friend).

As I installed the kit at night, unfortunately the pics have rather bad lighting, but hopefully you can still see the important parts.

Nerf Vortex Ammo Belt Review

Outback Nerf is proud to be able to bring you a world first - a review of the Vortex Ammo Belt.

In essence, it's the Vortex equivalent to the N-Strike/Elite Tac Vest - a clothing method of holding ammo.

This is not a first for Australia (getting stuff before everyone else - happened with Barricade), but I think this is one of the first sightings of the Vortex Ammo Belt Kit.
$15 AUD, which is reasonable considering a mag and 10 discs is worth about $10.
